About a month ago I have received a call that there was a leak in the roof days later I have sent a crew over to check roof out that ekerts cousin put on for me We had to find leak and found a couple of items the saddle on
chimney was loose so the counter flashing had to be removed and saddle replaced before counter flashing could be replaced but ekerts refused to anwer me if the leake was found We have also found long standing leak with the window sill in the dormer it dose not have the sill expander installed under window to close gap under window the installer just filled the opening with silicon We have not installed windows I have picture of the gap under window also have picture sent by ekert of interior attic I can see the tail end of ceiling rafter is rotten just above bedroom where the soposit damage is to be now this kind of damage takes years to do I think the window has been leaking for a very long time He is complaining about light coming through overhangs be he has perforated soffit that will let light through He keeps walking on roof and is not a roofer by walking on roof shingles he is damaging roof all I need is to know if the leak is solved befor we can continue and refuse to cooperate now with the information about long term leak under window I will not cover any damage inside
