I signed a contract with *** *** the owner of Bay State Property Service on June 6, and paid a $46,deposit for the repair of my home at *** *** *** *** *** MA The job was supposed to start in August and end last week of November per our contract, Mr*** never started the job and stopped answering emails and phone callsI reached out to *** since that is where we found him and put in a complaint that is when he finally sent an email to say he would start the job in October Once again he never did this work and started ignoring calls againWe sent him numerous more emails and once again no response from himAbout a month ago he finally wrote back and asked if we wanted to do the job or he could return the depositAt this point I felt he can no longer be trusted and asked to get my $46,deposit back which he claimed he would mail on a MondayHe never sent it so we contacted him again he said he would send it the following Tuesday to no su
