Review: On July 15th, 2013 I ordered the BFF Sparkling Infinity Necklace from Chelsea's Choices. On August 26th, 2013 I received a e-mail from the company stating that they were shipping my order. Upon looking at the information that they had as my order they were sending the wrong item. I promptly e-mailed them back and let them know that was the wrong item and to please send the correct item. They e-mailed me back stating if I receive the wrong item e-mail them and let them know. Well on August 29th, 2013 I received my package from them and it was the wrong order. It was for the Happy, Love, Luck ring necklace. I e-mailed them right away stating that it was the wrong order and have yet (September 6th, 2013) have not heard a response from them. I have e-mailed them many many times with no reply from them. I have had enough and now it is time to file a complaint about this company. It really is too bad because they have some really cute things but, I will never deal with them again.Desired Settlement: I would like the correct item shipped to me asap. And, no extra charge for the wrong item they shipped to me. Since I have tried to contact them with no response I believe if, they want a business they need to run the business correctly.
Review: I ordered from chelseas choices website on june 15. A few days after, my credit card was charged for the product amount and shipping. It has now been 3 months since I placed my order and I have yet to receive my products. The website claims there is a 3 to 5 week delivery period- well its been 13 weeks. I've emailed them 7 times checking for the status of this order (the first being july 21st and the last being sept 6) and they responded 3 of those times stating my item would ship that week. At this rate all I'm asking for is my money back if at all possible as I no longer desire to purchase from this company.
