before I begin my response I would like to say I understand the customers frustation.I wouldnt want to hear that the reason his decorative coating is delaminating is because of a condition related to sodium hydroxide (efflooressance)i would want to blame somebody too.that being said this damage was and will continue because of this enviormental soil condition.it has nothing to do with prep, seal,or any thing else we did.the customer was convienent to of not mentioned that we had to grind off the entire original coating when we did the job in because it was severly delaminating.I would advise the customer to do some research online instead of trashing my company for no good reason.in closing were not perfect yes we make mistakes but if any damage is caused by my workers or mateials used there would be NO QUESTIONS asked you see thats why I have an A PLUS rating, thats why I have many A ratings on angies list, and why I have complaints with the r.o.c..I visited with a investgator at the r.o.con june days ago.I was told that effloressance would not be a covered warranty item directly because its a enviormental soil condition beyond the control of the contractor.he suggested the customer call them or go online to the r.o.cwebsite I willdo this though .I will agree to repair the spots as another courtsey to the customer with the signed aknowledgement from him that there will be no warranty of any way shape or form.he will still have my original warranty for repairs other than enviormental or beyond contractors control.kind regards, p.si apologize for any misspellings
