Chem-Dry by the Millers

I have used ChemDry before to clean my couchThey came again and after the couch dried there is a pink sheen over the majority of the couch My couch is beige They came to look at it on Dec I was told Al would call the following Monday Dec No call
I called them today, December and spoke to Mark He takes no responsibility and says it must be a result from the backing of the material
All I know is before the cleaning the pink sheen was not thereI paid over dollars and my couch is damaged forever I would like my money back

We hired ChemDry to clean the carpet in one room and one sofa. They charged over $800 by tacking on overpriced fees which were not disclosed upfront. In addition we were told as they left that the carpet could take upto 7 days (yes 7) to dry - so much for the dry part of their name. When my wife called to complain they were evasive and uncaring. They don`t expect repeat business - please don`t give them any new business.
