Chem-dry of Annapolis

ChemDry came out to clean two area rugs - they came, and the carpet stunk worse than before. I paid and want my money back.
I called Chem Dry based on their adv that they get out Pet oders, stains, etc. I let *** the owner know that my dog had diarrhea and although I cleaned my carpets, I asked if they could get the smells out from the diarrhea. He sent one of his guys out and again I explained the issues to which he basically promised me was no problem. They could get it out better than any other company. The employee literally put the spray on each carpet (area rugs), and vacuumed them up. I think it took less than 5 minutes. I questioned him because I have had carpets cleaned before, especially with dog issues, and never before did it take just 5 minutes. He reassured me that it was fine - he was the professional. I paid him. Later that evening I kept on checking and the carpets were smelling awful - still smelled like dog poop, and urine. I called the owner and he said he would be coming out the next day. Oh and by the way, I never got an apology, or a sorry for the inconvenience. Nothing. Just hey we are going to make it right. So today, 9/27 I was supposed to meet *** the owner at my house at 12 noon. When I got there it was the original guy (can't remember his name) that cleaned the rugs. As I got out of my car to greet him, I said, hey, the rugs were all wet and smell awful, I can smell urine and poop. Then he started saying well of course they were wet - and I agreed however they were really wet - and I had to burn incense and burn candles because the smell was so bad, and that was the very reason I hired them. To get rid of it. While this guy cleaning my carpets, I kept on asking him didn't he need to let the product soak in, how could it be cleaned so quickly, and he told me that their product was the best one on the market. Showed me a picture of how clean he got some else's carpet. So, now before we even get into the house, he started blaming me and said didn't mention urine, which I replied, I did, but that was not the main issue, it was the diarrhea odor left in the carpets. And he just started going off on me, saying that I didn't say urine, and basically was blaming me. He even started yelling at which point I said. We are done. I just want a refund, and I will have someone else clean them. He proceeded to say that no one could get it out, I would have to send them out...and I basically just said, what is the next step, I want a refund and to move on. He was belligerent, rude, putting the blame on me - at which point I repeated, I am the customer here. And I again said, we are done. I will call ***, and move on. I called *** the owner, he did not pick up the phone, I left a message at around 12: 15 PM and called again this afternoon around 4 PM, and have not received a call back. I simply want to be refunded the $120.
