Our experience with Chem Dry was the BEST experience we have ever had with a company that offers carpet cleaning The carpets were cleaned to a brand new look even though they were more than years old We have positive, viewable results I had carpet damage from a puppy who liked to eat our carpet We had to replace several pieces with brand new carpet that had been stored in our garage The contrast was quite pronounced However, once Kevin cleaned the carpet the new carpet was indistinguishable from the old I was and am amazed! Previous cleanings had always left a difference between the carpet under the area rug and the rest of the carpet - that difference was gone! And the brand new carpet patch was the same color as the older carpet

The carpets were cleaned to a brand new look even though they were more than 10 years old. We have positive, viewable results. I had carpet damage from a puppy who liked to eat our carpet. We had to replace several pieces with brand new carpet that had been stored in our garage. The contrast was quite pronounced. However, once Kevin cleaned the carpet the new carpet was indistinguishable from the old. I was and am amazed! Excellent service and good quality work. Fast turnaround (less than 24 hours) on cleaning some white couch cushions that were returned looking like new - and no more odour. Customer service was friendly, courteous and informative. Thank you!!
