Chem Dry Of La Crosse

I received notification of a complaint filed regarding our business on 3/14/ID # ***. After reading through the notification I had the call recording pulled up.After listening to the recording and comparing it to the customer's description of the issue, I feel the complaint filed does
not reflect the actual call recording(.wav file attached)I feel our CSR was trying to be helpful based on what we can do over the phoneI feel that the person filing the complaint was in fact the one being "very rude"Our CSR did in fact give a basic cleaning estimate ( "$minimum cleaning charge" ). What we cannot quote over the phone was in regards to the pet urine damage/smell. There are too many factors in dealing with this condition (number of spots, type of animal, size of the animal, type of carpet/padding, previous attempts, etc). I have had urine treatments that start out at $for a couple spots....I had one yesterday that was $just in urine treatments (then cleaning costs on top of that....I have had some where there had to be padding replacement done prior to the treatment....I have even had several that were so bad that we declined to attempt.*** ***
