Review: Purchased a $75 Groupon towards Chem-Dry to clean my couch. Called to schedule an appt. and the soonest appointment was over 2 weeks away. Fine, made the appointment which made me have to go to work later in the day. Not only did they fail to clean my white couch and charge me an additional $110 dollars on top of the $75 I had already paid, they left black zebra dirt stripes EVERYWHERE....on a white couch. There was black dirt vacuum stripes places that have been covered since I bought the couch and were basically brand new. I had a zebra-striped couch,. Waited a few more days in case it needed to "dry" more, which was what I was told when I called to question there service. Once I finally got ahold of them for the third time they set up another appointment to fix the couch later that week. They failed to ever make the appointment, AGAIN I had to leave work early to be home in time for the appointment they never showed up nor called me to notify their cancelation. Tracked them down again after many phone calls to a non-responsive answering machine and they came about 4 days later. At this time I've paid $185 to live with a dirt-stripped couch for 2 weeks. They came to try and repair the couch, after an hour said they couldn't do anymore and left my couch with black dirt stripes that they had CREATED in the first place. I refused to accept this as they tried leaving without even discussing the fact that they didn't rectify the solution. The cleaner said he would "personally refund my $185 himself the very next day, I will even call you and let you know when I have sent the check in the mail". Well, as you can imagine neither of those two things happened. It's now been another 2 weeks, they won't answer the phone (can't even imagine that this is a legit business)m and I have to pay double to clean what they basically ruined. My couch will never be the same and I still expect my refund.Desired Settlement: Refund me for the full amount of service that they failed to complete and made my property worse due to their service, total refund expected is $185.
