Chem Dry Of Wayne County

On August 25, I had Chem Dry out to clean bedrooms (x 12) (x 10) and great room (x 20)The bedrooms were done okay
The great room was another storyPrior to Chem Dry coming out we had purchased Resolve carpet cleaner and sat on the floor with cleaner and brush and scrubbed the entire floorWe still felt it could be better, so decided to hire a professional(With the father and son the word professional is lost and do not count on customer service either.) I left the petulant child (the son) at the house to clean the carpetAfter work I went to the house to check; it wasn't any cleaner than what we had doneWe got out the dyson and vacummed the carpet twice that evening and filled up the canister twice, so I don't know what petulant child did for the $they charged
I called to have them come back, but it took them weeks to get back outWhen I got there, petulant child was parked dead center in a two car wide driveway and definitely had an attitudeHe advised me that "when a carpet is trash, it's hard to waive a magic wand and make it perfect"I advised him I wasn't looking for perfect just cleanHe flipped off a couple more smart aleck remarks and I told him to forget it I would go elsewhereI told him I was going to call his Dad only to be informed "that's okay my Dad agrees with every!!! thing I do and say"
I guess when you're perfect and don't make mistakes, it isn't necessary to do a good job or have good customer service relationsThe petulant child is 18-and needs to be sent to school to learn about customer serviceAnd! his Daddy sure didn't teach him well!
I will never use these people/is againThey need to be put out of business, because they will never learn to be good stewards because they don't believe they make mistakes

For the 6 months my husband was deployed, my dog started peeing on the carpet (anxiety I assume) but we had a horrid looking rug and bad urine odor. I called Chem Dry and they were quick to make an appointment and I AM SO HAPPY I DID!!! I was shocked at how amazing my carpets looked. And no more odor! Carpet looks Brand new! Great price as well! I highly recommend them! I don't usually write reviews but had to share this experience!
