December 30, 2014Dear *** ***I am responding to your letter dated December 16, 2014, in regards to an inquiry from *** ** ***, *** *** ***, Shartlesville, PaConcerning his issue with Cracks on a job that we did for him earlier this yearThe job consisted of sealing
his driveway for $and filling some cracks for $Since *** *** is not complaining about the sealing, we are only talking about the $crackfilling amountTherefore, *** ***'s request for a refund is only valid for the $He also admits that the Cracks were filled at the time the job was performed.I responded to his phone call in November and apologized to him if I did not return his previous phone callsI told him we are currently shut down for the winter-you cannot seal driveways in the cold- and would look at his driveway in the Spring when We Start working againI can understand that some Cracks might have sunk or opened and, if that was the case, we would refill them at that timeI thought he was okay with that response but apparently he now thinks I am a liarI don't appreciate that response from him but I will still look at his cracks in the SpringTherefore, I have no plans to refund any of hismoney.Respectfully,
