To whom it may concern:I'm responding to complaint submitted on September 12,ID # [redacted] I [redacted] of Paradigm Roofing I working with my Customer as to when will be appropriate to start her Roofing job Every Saturday that we had attempted to go and do the roofing Job it has been raining or chances of rain We are trying to work with the customer to arrange one during the week not a weekend unfortunately y workers do not work on Saturdays However I understand her position and I'm going to get all my employees together and talk to them about the need of us working one Saturday in this month of October if you have any questions please callme ( [redacted] )
