about 1 month she called back that there were still dead ants in the basement so we sent a technician out because she was under the 90 day guarantee. She called back several times over the next few month stating that there were still dead ants in her basement. A manager was sent out to evaluate the problem and performed many follow up services but no live activity could be found. We extended her 90 day guarantee by 30 days and completed more services at her home. After the 30 day extension was up Mrs. [redacted] called and demanded a refund to which we explained that there was no activity in her home, sweep up the ants and give the material more time if there was still alive colony around her home.

Company police give 90 days guarantee against target pasts, but the target pasts (ants) were never controlled in the first place. As company response correctly indicated when technician first came, he noted a lot of dead ants, and after that, visit after visit situation didn't improve. So mentioning 90 days guarantee is irrelevant in this case. The point is that performed work didn't bring the intended result.
In such case the refund is due.
