Chemas is trying to over charge me and have me pay double my monthly car note
I purchased my 2009 *** around *** of 2018... When I first got it the fuel pump went out following that the transmission went out.. I dealt with untrustworthy loaners from them for over a month...when my ex huband and I got the car we set the pay schedule for monthly payments on the 20th after we divorced I asked Carmello tonchange the dates to the 3rd of every month because that was the day I got paid and he agreed...ive paid my notes evwry month as promised with the exception of a couple of late days.. July X XXXX I paid 185 of my 370 note and fell into hard times I talked to Carmello and other staff asking for a little time to pay the rest..Carmello took it upon himself to not tell me he changed the date back to the 20th and tried to charge me the 185 left from the July payment plus and additional 370 for July 20 that makes the payment for July a total of 740 which is not mu payment and therefore putting me in repo status.. Payments are made for the lease of that month not the month before I already paid 185 of my note and shouldnt be made to pay nomore than what I owe... Also if the agreement was forfeited in any way he should have contacted me first instead of putting my car on the repo list..
I should only pay for what i owe and not a penny more.. If my carnote is 370 a month i shoudnt have to pay the balance plus 370 for July

this is Carmelo Aguirre and I'm incharge of collections accounts and on the case of Ms *** she was late her payment due every 20th of each month according with the contract we sign both parties and full coverage Insurace insurance must be active we call her she did not answer we have a broken promise to pay insurance cancel she never pay attention so we decide to reposes this 2009 *** now when we sent repo companies to pick this vehicle we have to pay them repo fee charges and customer is responsible for those charges when they pick up the vehicle, we just charge the past due amount at that time we don't charge over to any customer we always work with every one, we call her to collect the payments she was very rude and she told us bad words insulting us as "come and get your ***" she never accepted was late we try to negotiate and she did not put anything from her we have the contract available as you require any time and receipts we try to do every sales and explain the customer our contract terms very detail Documents available at any time and we apologize for this miss understanding we hope to doing well if any question please call us back thanks
PS: SHE NEVER TALK TO ME ABOUT PAYMENT CHANGE SHE DECIDE TO DO IT AND WE ACCEPTED WE CAN NOT CHANGE DATES ON THE CONTRACT WE JUST PUT NOTES AND SISTEM AND STILL SHE DID NOT MAKE THE FULL PAYMENT ON 3RD,AFTER SHE HANG UP AND SHE TELL US BAD WORDS TO US
