I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
IF the business is willing to work with my that is fine; however, there will be no other product placed on the carpet or will there be any other cleaning done by the company If the business wants to provide me other options I am open to this Nevertheless, the business needs to make sure the representative aren't saying one thing about the products and the service they provide, but then again just in case have a disclaimer in there paperwork that says a totally a different thing from what the representative says I was assured by the representative that the problem would be taken care of and said nothing about when I initialed the agreement about what the company is saying Again, goes back to making sure both what they claim works and what says in fine print says the same thing by the representative As it goes with the product being safe and nontoxicthis might be the case, however; just because it says its safe and nontoxic doesn't mean people can't have a reaction to the chemicals For example, all laundry detergents are safe and nontoxic; however, people do have reactions to them

We are sorry that it has come to this You will see that we have done everything possible to help correct the issue After we went out to do the 2nd application on April 22nd we had not heard from *** of any other issues after the final application He has made no attempt to
contact the owner Kevin Jones regarding any of this.The 1st file that I have attached are all of the emails that have been back and forth between *** and our company.The 2nd file is the invoice from the actual job we went out and did You will see that on the back of the invoice that *** signed off and initialed the approval of the purt treatmentIt states that some or all of this damage may be permanent and that he agreed to the stated price for the services rendered and understands that there is NO guarantee implied or expressed that any or all urine stains or odors will be removed.Also, in the past 20+ years that Kevin has been in service has he ever had any one complain or call about any type of rash due to our products that we use The are safe and non-toxic We are more than willing to send a MSD sheet of the break down of the product we used.Again we have tried to take care of this issue and are willing to work with the customer but he is not wanting Kevin to come to his home to see what is going on.Thank you,Nichole ***
