Action #1The [redacted] first called stain the had air coming into their bath fan in the master bathroom.Corrective action :When we got there we evaluated the situation. Mike and Dustin went in the attic and redirected the bath fan vent in the attic so direct air was not intruding directly into the...

bath fan.: These bath fans vent into the soffit into a vent cover. ( The complaints from the,[redacted] only come when the wind comes out of the east). Again these vent into the soffit on the east side of the home, these vents are on many homes in the area the [redacted] live and we have had no other complaints.Action # 2Homeowners complaining of cold air coming in around master bath vanity that sits on the east wall of the master bedroom.Corrective action:We pulled the toe kick off this vanity and spray foamed the entire length of this vanity. We had our insulation vendor there with a heat sensor gun to check the readings once Foaming was done . The readings at this time were normal to what you would find at a vanity on an exterior wall.Action # 3Homeowners complaining of cold air coming in through their fireplace. Corrective action :We checked insulation around this fireplace and found nothing out of the normal.( This is a direct vent fireplace), it is made to have fresh air flow into it to combat over heating . ( This model of fireplace is essentially a hole in the exterior wall.)Homeowners, also complained about attic insulation, we had insulators go back and add insulation to all the area's they were complaining about. We used the heat censoring gun in several different areas they were complaining about and found all areas acceptable.I might also add that every time we went to address one or two problems they had, they would take us through the house to address 6-8 others.Once again in closing we have other houses that we built on the same side the street that are not complaining about these types of issues. We build to the Tippecanoe County energy code, and every house is done the exact same way. Thanks

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]The truth is the builder has NOT resolved these issues satisfactorily, but they have now chosen to do nothing further.  Per their job supt, " We don't know what else to do, so we are doing nothing further."  A terrible recommendation for this builder.  I hope the remaining issues I have will not receive the same treatment.
Regards,
[redacted]
