I did receive a call from Dusty, who still denys he is the owner of this company and was still rude to me over the phone. He said he was calling because the Revdex.com called him and is "making" him call and resolve the issue. He stated that he listened to the phone call and that it was the customer service reps fault she agreed to honor the coupon. No where on the coupon does it state there is a $100 minimum to do any work. It clearly states that a room smaller than 100 square feet is $20.00. I told this to the customer service rep. Who put me on hold and spoke to the owner, who we all know is Dusty, and came back on and she said ok and booked the call. I pressured no one, it is HIS coupon. Once he came out to my home, soaked my carpet with some chemical, and before he moved forward wanted me to sign an invoice for TRIPLE the coupon price. I said no that I had the coupon for $20. I don't even know what his resolution was, since he said nothing would be offered until I took down any negative information I had rightfully posted on the Internet. This man is perpetrating a fraud and a classic bait and switch. Offering a coupon for one price and when he gets in your home and soaks your carpet with chemicals tried bullying tactics to get you to pay more or he will leave your carpets wet and leave the property. I will not be bullied into taking truthful accurate review me down and I have also reported hi. To the Federal Trade Commison for fraud and to the corporate offices of ChemDry. I have since receive MORE of the same coupon in the [redacted] coupon envelope and have reposted also to [redacted] the he is not honoring these coupons. As far as I am concerned, this case was closed and the complaint deemed valid because he did not respond in a timely manner. This is now TWO months later. I expect the complaint to stand on record as valid.

Review: I called ChemDry of Spotsylvania for a move-out cleaning of my carpets. Originally, the price I was quoted was higher than what I was quoted by another company, so I called ChemDry back that same day to cancel my appointment. Within a few minutes, I received a call from "[redacted]" the owner, offering me the cleaning for $150. I accepted and we set an appointment for May 31, 2014. [redacted] arrived late and I was unable to stay while the cleaning was being done however, I provided my credit card number for payment. I asked him to leave my copy of the receipt on the counter of the home. When my [redacted] completed my walk through, she located the copy of the receipt, however, there was no totals written anywhere on it. Also, there was no indication of payment. My [redacted] called Chemdry to verify if the work was done and she was told no. In fact, the last they have in there system was where I had called to cancel the appointment! Therefore, my [redacted] had to have the carpets recleaned and charged me $200 for not having it done. Now, I am out not only the $150 charged by Chemdry but also the $200 charged by my property manage! All due to the OWNER'S MISTAKE!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $200 charged to me by my property management company. I will be happy to provide any documentation needed to show I was charged the $150 + the $200. I feel if ChemDry had not made the original mistake of not completely filling out THEIR receipt and also making sure THEIR systems were updated correctly, I never would have been charged the $200 in the first place hence I would have only paid $150. Thank you.
