I had my first service call in my new house with ChemTecThe serviceman (Mark) was amazing!!! He called me before he arrived and was professional throughout his visitHe also took the time to explain all the different treatments, techniques, and patterns regarding the various pests that are relevant to my houseI asked a lot of questions and he answered them all! I really can't say enough about his positive disposition and patienceI've used other pest control companies in the past and these guys are the bestA person actually answers the phone when you call!

The person who scheduled the service seemed knowledgable and was polite and professionalThe technician arrived on time and called prior to arrivingHe performed the service quickly and seemed to be thoroughHe had a neat, professional appearance and wore the company's uniformI would like

I contacted Chem Tec after I found a mouse in my basement They came out and treated my home and and scheduled an apptto come back in two weeks They called to confirm my apptand Mark W came to check my traps He explained what was going on and sealed holes he found that the mice could be using Try tech was very polite, friendly and very helpful I would recommend them to my friends

I have noting but praises to give Chemtec, They are a great company and their technicians are very knowledgeable and understanding Our technician Dave W*** was awesome He helped ease our minds and answered our million questions I don't usually write reviews for things but I really think it's important that people know that Chemtec is a trusted company to go to for bed bug issues

My experience with Chem Tec Pest Control has been nothing but positive. We had a very serious mouse infestation that was taken care of by their very professional and well trained staff In particular service tech Kelvin C[redacted]r was very diligent , professional and polite.Kelvin's skills and determined attitude eradicated the problem and has given us helpful tips in preventing the problem from happening again. Kelvin has demonstrated what good quality service is all about

The service provided was very good and all of the technicians (Dave W[redacted] & Eddie K**) were very professional, thorough, and neat.

ChemTec guarantees our customer’s satisfaction in all we do. If our customers are not completely satisfied, we will give them their money back. This is advertised in several places including...

 our website. We stand by our work and are serious about our responsibility to our customers. We do, however, need to know if a customer is not satisfied and is requesting their money back on a particular job. Unfortunately we were not aware that Mr. [redacted] was not satisfied with our work and wanted a refund. Our last communications with Mr. [redacted] was on 9/15/15 where he left us with the impression that he was satisfied with our services. The Revdex.com communications was received 2/17/16 informing us that he was not satisfied with our service and was seeking a refund. Had Mr. [redacted] called our office directly to request the refund, he would have received it. I contacted Mr. [redacted] on 2/17/2016 after receiving communications from the Revdex.com on the same day. His refund was issued the following day (2/18/2016).

We had a minor mice issue, and our tech, Toney Pippins, was great. He was very professional, thorough, and communicative, and since he was here, we have had no further mice problems.

Our inspector [redacted] communicated with Mrs. [redacted]. She did not speak with Mr. [redacted] until he called to inquire about the charges several months after the initial service. Mr....

& Mrs. [redacted] previously had our YearRound protection plan (2013). When [redacted] spoke with Mrs. [redacted] regarding her cricket issue, they discussed the options. A one-time cricket service is $250 plus tax and covers only crickets. The YearRound plan that Mrs. [redacted] previously signed up for covers over 30 different pests including crickets; the initial charge is $175 plus tax and then continues at $36 per month per tax with a credit card. Mrs. [redacted] opted to go back on to the YearRound protection plan. Mrs. [redacted] option for the YearRound plan is consistent with the information on not accepting checks. Customers must put a credit card on file for our YearRound program and Mrs. [redacted] provided [redacted] with a credit card over the phone.  
This complaint was filed by Mr [redacted], who I suppose was not aware that his wife had opted for the YearRound plan in her discussions with [redacted]. When Mr. [redacted] called, the original inspector, [redacted], spoke with him and explained the situation, and per his request, cancelled the account. At this point, Mr. [redacted] had paid $247 plus tax ($175 plus $36 plus $36) which was close enough to the original $250 for the one-time service. Our inspector therefore felt that the issue was resolved as there would be no additional charges, even though our services performed was for several pests and not just the crickets.
We have no issue refunding the two $36 charges for this account, however Mr & Mrs. [redacted] need to understand that somewhere there was a communications breakdown. We feel that it was between Mr and Mrs [redacted]. At no point do we feel that we did anything inconsistent with what was requested by our customer. We will credit the customer’s credit card $77.04 and inform them of this credit.

Awesome lawn care by Joe M[redacted] He takes the time to do the job properly and never rushes. He is an asset to the company.

Called on ChemTec when I was selling a home in West Orange. They made getting an appointment quick and easy and the technician who came to the house was friendly and efficient. From the initial phone call to the end of the house call it was a very pleasant experience! A great company to deal with and I would use them again.

Eddie Gill has been servicing our business for the past year. He always comes with a smile and upbeat attitude. He is friendly, considerate and, most importantly, thorough. He asks about problems and listens to our responses. He goes beyond the cursory inspection and takes the time to let us know of any problems or areas of concern.

Review: We called ChemTec [redacted],NJ 07663 and spoke with "[redacted]" about a pest problem she wanted us to take a yearly maintenance plan but we stressed to her that we just wanted the house treated for a Cricket infestation that developed. She wanted a credit card to bill us and said that they didn't take or accept personal checks.The ChemTec came on November 4,2015 and treated or home for the problem.my wife signed and was billed $187.25 which was billed to our credit card account and paid.I continued to receive billing from ChemTec on my December and January credit card statement for $38.52 . I called and was advised that we were being charged the $38.52 because we were now on a monthly plan for yearly service. I strongly advised the gentlemen I spoke with that at no time did we knowingly agree to a yearly plan . I was advised that "[redacted]" who assisted us would call by phone to clarify the matter. "[redacted] called and stated that we had agreed to a yearly service plan NOT TRUE . She denied that she quoted a price of $187.25 and said that we signed a paper indicating same. My wife and I are Senior Citizens and what we signed in good faith was for payment in full after stressing to ChemTec that we only wanted a one time payment . We want to be refunded the 2 payment of $38.52 that were charged to our account. I also stress that anyone doing business with this company to carefully read everything very carefully so they are not tricked as we wereDesired Settlement: I want a refund of the 2 charged payments of $38.52
