I have received to letters from you a the Revdex.com about a complaint to my company Chemway Pest Management from *** *** ** *** *** ** *** ** *** Her complaint was that I did not kill her carpenter bee issue that was infesting her two overhangs on her houseI did the proper
procedure to kill the infestationThe problem I had was that the bee nest was coming from a neighbors yard and everytime I treated they would come right backThe problem *** told me was going on for multiple years and no exterminating company she hired could fix the problem (hence the nest is not in her yard) She was cranky and unhappy from the startI realized I would never be able to make this person happy so I refunded her the full money before I even got your first letterShe cursed out my office manager, calling her names and screaming at her over the phoneAnytime that happens I instruct my office manager to just hang up and not engage backAfter that incident I refunded all her money immediatelyI sent her a company check marked REFUND by registered mailSome people you can never make happy

Review: We are new home owners 8 months,We now have termites ,We called the company who did our Termite inspection and we renewed our contract with them ,having no idea our contract wast up with them ,they explained to me I can renew for 250$ cash So we did ,I have the contract ,paid in cash ,well as soon as they came here did one day looking ,waited 2 days they made an appointment with us and never showed husband took the day off for nothing he wanted this done fast ,we have cell texts to prove,then came the day after took 4 hours to not do much ,his wife and child show up with a part he needed ,as the termites are crawling all over the home now instead of one room he does what he had to do leaves and re sets to come back in 2 days once my husband knocked the wall down, then never showed up for that appointment.We called and texted messaged ,they come back two days later because, now Im seeing termites on the other side of the home.They didn't seem to care so we called to cancel with them and asked for our money back we got a new company now came and did great work have all paper work showing all within a week and half,They ([redacted]) verbally told us yes we will refund and also send a text message saying its in the mail and nothing has come , it has been 3 weeks .We demand our $250 back they are not professional people and do not have any common courtesy for there costumers at all,they just want the money from people and are bad with verbally communicating the issues in the home and dates and times they are set to be somewhere ..We cant afford to lose this money and its maddening that people operate this way and say they will send you your money back and don't and didn't provide a service ..Desired Settlement: Just want our money back ,we were verbally and messaged that we would receive our money with in the week and nothing has happened, they avoid all calls and messages we leave .WE were told yes you will get your refund within 7 days of hiring them ..
