Review: I brought drapes into this dry cleaners because they were marked dry clean only. When I went to pick them up they were 7 inches short. When I went back to the store to inform him he just smiled and laughed. I told him I wanted to be reimbursed for this and he once again laughed. He then said I don't believe you or trust you. I told him to come to my house to see for himself, I would hang them back up and he could see for himself, which he said NO to. I told him that I would like to be compensated for them and he once again laughed. They used to be a good business but since this new person took over it has been nothing but down hill.Desired Settlement: I would like to be compensated for the cost of the drapes that I now have to replace, I would appreciate being compensated for $100 towards the cost of new drapes.
