Revdex.com spoke to Stacy at business and the following was relayed:On 6/29/2015 the patient came in. Everything was good and fitted the patient. On 9/15/15 the patient returned complaining. The glasses were whacked out of shape and the patient stated she had tried to readjust them herself. They were...
readjusted and fitted and she left happy. She has not returned since. The bifocals are where they should be. If she is willing to return we can consider replacing with single vision lenses. For the frames that the patient has the bifocal lenses can not go any lower.
