Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [YO have our Answer Here] I have photos and the actual damaged sweaters and jacket about which I've complained I was never asked to bring them in I have re-cleaned all the remaining intact clothes because I'm afraid that they have been infested with moth larvae That was at an additional cost of $This is in addition to the $paid for the original cleaning and storage, of which $was accepted by Chenile CleanersI have never heard from [redacted] Dave told me he phoned the owner of [redacted] , but never gave me the owner's name Or contact info He claims he bought the phone number of LTC, but not the business A substantial portion of my clothes have been destroyed, and all the rest had to be recleaned to prevent further damage Nothing has been resolved [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The costumer stated that she dropped of her WINTER STORAGE TO " [redacted] " who has since gone out of business, we helped [redacted] by holding the clothes for them and give it back to the costumer, we had 0 responsibilty in cleaning or caring for the garment, all we did was give back the clothing... to the costumers that left there belongings behind for storage, I have contacted [redacted] and told her about the costumers issue and she said she will get in contact with her costumer, and resolve the issue I had showed [redacted] that I have contacted the previous owner. and she only mentioned to me and brought into my store one sweater that was "damaged" not 8 sweaters which is false.

This is not one of my costumers, we do not service anybody on the west side, this store is located on the east side on second ave and ***, this is not one of my coustmers

This is in addition to the $200 paid for the original cleaning and storage, of which $100.00 was accepted by Chenile Cleaners. I have never heard from [redacted].  Dave told me he phoned the owner of [redacted], but never gave me the owner's name Or contact info.  He claims he bought the phone number of LTC, but not the business.  
A substantial portion of my clothes have been destroyed, and all the rest had to be recleaned to prevent further damage. 
Nothing has been resolved.
