August 18, Dear *** ***,This is to inform youthat I was not contacted by *** *** until 08/13/2014, immediately called him back and offered to redo his end caps but he had already decided that he only wanted a refund.I made arrangements to meet with him the following day,
being August, 14, 2014, and I refunded his money on that day.I am sorry he had to contact the Revdex.com, because we have a firm commitment to quality and customer service.John P*** General Manager
Review: I had dropped off two end caps that connects to a [redacted] intake manifold to get hydro dipped in carbon fiber however once returned to me completed I began to assemble it back on the intake manifold as I was doing so the film from the hydro dipped pealed off. I have had this type of work done on many other pieces of my vehicle and have never had this problem before - I even took this product to a few local shop for them to tell me and show me how this product was not prepped correctly. I did take it back to the shop for them to repair it however after thinking about it. I decided just to take my parts else where to have the job done right.Desired Settlement: I paid $100 for the service I would like to be refunded my money
