The insurance the patient has coverage through is in our system.  We are not participating providers (under contract) for the insurance.  The insurance company has a list the patient can access via the insurance company website or by calling the insurance company.  This list will...

Revdex.com:I am glad that this is finally resolve and hate that it came to filing a complaint . I would like to say in final that there was never any phone voicemail on 5/9. I was in the Kernersville office on 5/9 and they were refusing to release my prescription so then I called the Winston-salem office from the Kernersville office and was still refused. Which is why I filed the complaint in the first place. Thanks for the help Revdex.com.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12848042, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
