This outfit did repair work to my mother's home several years ago and was paid by the insurance company. The shoddy work has recently started to fail in less than 3 years and it took my mother six phone calls to have someone call her back and tell her they did the work as performed to the expectation of the insurance company. No matter what the consumer states. Then they told her they would call her back and never did. She is 89 years old and they think they can treat her this way because of her age. She has called them several times again and has now given up. I WIL NOT let this end and allow them to take advantage of her as an elderly female. I'm on my way to Yelp to complete a review there. Somehow I doubt this shady business even has a profile there.","neg-1
