Goodday: I am replying to the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted]. She came to me as a new client to file her 2014 tax return. I looked over her 2013 and told her I think we can get some money back looking...
to do an Amended return. I told her that I do them as quickly as I can.
I am a sole practitioner that does the work of over 500 clients. I do Accounting work, Payrolls, Teach Taxes Nationally, write a syndicated tax column and more.
I advise clients that I have multiple Amended returns to do and they have to be patient. Obviously, Ms. [redacted] isn't as she WANTS HER MONEY......
I'm mailing to you a copy of my 2014 Fall Newsletter that Ms. [redacted] didn't get but it is to show you that I address the Amended return issue. Also a 2015 Fall Newsletter sent out in Early OCTOBER 2015 to her. I do Amended returns by year. The 2012 will be out of Statute on April 15th 2016. Therefore I'm working/concentrating on them. Then I'll go the the 2013 Amends. I had at the time she came to my office over 100 to do. I do them for any taxpayer and have a reputation in the North Metro of being thorough and effective to getting extra $$ for any client.
That's it. I will refund whatever money Ms. [redacted] paid me for doing an Amended return and nothing more.

I have still not received my refund from Tom. He said I would receive it by the end of the month and he has not sent it. He has lied to me for over a year and I just want the money I paid him for the job he DIDN'T DO!

I finally received my refund check today 2/8/16.
