Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They are not periodontists They did a simple teeth cleaning procedure which my insurance would pay for if billed as a cleaning which it was This [redacted] practice refuses to state what was actually done and instead notes the visit as a periodontal maintenance I have a periodontist who does periodontal maintenance I intend to sue this practice in small claims court for their fraudulent billing practices My husband had the same cleaning as I did and it was billed correctly and our insurance paid for his routine cleaning Sincerely, [redacted]

Good Morning Ms***, In response to Ms*** concern, we stand behind our diagnosis. It would be unethical of us to provide treatment based on what is covered by insurance. The procedures that we charged to the insurance company were valid and we cannot adjust them
