WE CONTACTED SAMSUNG AND THEY HAVE AGREED TO REPLACE---THE CUSTOMER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED

CUSTOMER WAS TOLD TOWER LOAN WOULD FORWARD THE CHECK SINCE HE FINANCED HIS PURCHASE THROUGH THEM---WE WILL FOLLOW UP WITH TOWER LOAN

Spoke with customer and informed her we do not match internet pricing,special purchases, or limited quanties of advertised merchandise----WAlmart used as lost leader and had no inventory available which is why customer came to us in first place-----customer posting this complaint was not
EVEN IN TOWN---SENT SOMEONE ELSE IN HER PLACE-----complaint not valid or credible-----if we would have advertised this model we would have had inventory to sell----CUSTOMER NEEDS TO TAKE THIS COMPLAINT UP WITH WALMART WHO ADVERTISED THIS PRODUCT NOT COWBOY MALONEY'S

I am rejecting the response by Cowboy Maloney's, because it doesn't matter if I sent someone else to the storeIt was an advertised price for a tv in the store on Thursday and FridayWe called ahead to make sure they would match the price instead of going to walmartI could have gone to walmart, but I was trying to shop with a smaller Mississippi owned business and avoid walmartI was told when we called that they would match the black Friday price if it was the same model of tv, and it was the sameI wouldn't have a problem except they just keep making excusses why they are not backing up their advertised guaranteeThey need to change how they advertise to the public if they aren't going to go by it.Mr*** is just assuming that Walmart didn't have them stock. Clinton Walmart (the Walmart generally use) had of the tv to sell for black Friday. I haven't gone and poled the other walmarts in area to get an exact number of TVs that were in store on black Friday. But his advertised guarantee didn't say I needed to; It just stated it will match a price. And again I CALLED and CONFIRMED that they WOULD MATCH BLACK FRIDAY PRICES! Thank you,*** ***

I received a call from the Cowboy Maloney manager Met with him today and they gave me credit for what I paid towards a different refrigerator This ordeal has been a nightmare dealing with the warranty companyI'm very grateful for *** at Cowboy Maloney's helping to resolve this issue I hope to have my new, working refrigerator by Saturday morning I cannot say ANYTHiNG nice about the warranty company Their customer service is awful and you cannot get a clear answer or helpI hope Cowboy Maloney's can find a new warranty service to use since they sell these policies

I am rejecting this response because:These people knowingly sold me $worth of destroyed furnitureYes, the couch and love seat are fixed but when the repair people were there fixing it they turned over
my wedge and it is also broken! This is the 2nd wedge I have been given and they knowingly sent me broken furniture!! I would of never known it was broken until the repair people turned it over!! I was advised to turn them into the Revdex.com and if I was not compensated then a lawsuit would be filed on my behalfI am asking for months of payments that I've paid which will total $If I have to get a lawyer then I will sue for whole amount Remember, these are very rude discourteous peopleThank you.

I am rejecting this response because:Below is a copy of Cowboy Maloney's Electric City's mirror-plus pricing policy.   Their policy is false, because they are not standing behind it.  This is clearly a false advertisement on their part.  1.  It states that they will not be undersold by any of their competitors.   Walmart is one of their competitors.  2.  It states I will never pay more on an identical merchandise carried by the competitor.  The TV they stock is identical to the one that Walmart has.3.  They were called and asked if they match Black Friday sales.  They say they do match if it is the same model, and it was the same. 4.  Their misleading mirror-plus policy is not a Walmart issue.  It is a Cowboy Maloney issue.  If you can't stand behind you policy then you need to change it.Cowboy Maloney's Electric City Mirror-Plus Pricing We at Cowboy Maloney's Electric City strive to always offer the lowest price on any merchandise we sell in all markets we serve.
