Problem Ice maker no it workingServiceman stated needed to be replaced told I THOUGHT was not getting water to unit, no, needed to be replaced! Was replaced still no ice told a valve needed to be replaced was order and replaced and still no iceThis was a [redacted] top of line built in refragitor and after the work done was out of allinment and door would not openWas to return, but stood me up and another appointment made was to have men here but the assistant showed up, but the main service tech was again a no showGot the owner on the phone and I was told not to tell him how to run his businessNo commutation possibleI then got another companyThe new tech discussed with me and stated was not getting water and found where it had been turned off, turned it on and the ice maker workedHe was also able to reinstal and get it seated correctlyWe spent money for ice maker, valve we did not need and a month dealing with *** bad bad bad!!!!
