I used Cherry Construction for a large renovation project of a building I had just purchased The building required condominium units to be completed renovated from ceiling to floor Chris made excellent suggestions, provided detailed estimates and completed the job ahead of schedule His work is excellent quality and I would not hesitate to recommend Cherry Construction to any of my friends, family, colleagues

When he bought the cart, he knew right away that I did not have the brush guard and windshield, because we are so busy at Christmas time it is hard to keep every single item in stock, same thing with our manufacturesOur manufactures were out of the windshields for over a month (everyone and everything is wiped out after Christmas, its the busiest time of the year), so as soon as we received it, we sent it out to himAnd yes, we offered to do the work for him but he is the one who wanted it shipped to him and he was going to do the "labor", which might I add that it may take minutes total to put both of those accessories onWhen he called me the first time, which was BEFORE the day warranty is up, yes his cart was still under warranty, but he did not bring it in to the shop right away, it was month or so later until after the warranty was upIt states on the invoice (#5521) that the cart comes with a DAY WARRANTY and the BATTERIES (since they are brand new) comes with a ONE YEAR MANUFACTURE WARRANTYHe purchased his golf cart on December 22, 2014, so his warranty was up on March 22, He brought the cart to me on May 5, I told him it would take me a couple days to get to it, but as soon as we could we wouldI don't know how else to state that the cart inst under warranty because its on the invoice that he received when he picked up his cartWe usually don't take non-warranty carts but we were trying to help him out by doing soWhen we load tested his batteries they were just fine, reading what they should be readingCome to find out it was his controller that went out on the cart, and we verified how much it would cost which was going to be around $to fixWhen we called him back to let him know what needed to be done and how much it was going to costHe was highly upset in which we told him we understood, but as the conversation went on, he proceeded to speak all kinds of uncalled for and down right rude thingsHow he was going to tell everyone about us and how they should not buy from GCOB and we were going "hang" ourselves in this business just by not giving him free workI'm pretty sure most people know that nothing in this world is freeWe have been very honest and up front with him from the start and it was never good enough to please himI hate that it has came to this because we really were trying to help him out, but sometimes it just doesn't work out that wayWe would have been happy to order the part for him and fix itBut he was not happy with that so yes the owner said come pick up the cartIt really wouldn't have mattered what we did or didn't do, he was not going to be happyBUT he did fail to mention that we were just going to send him and the cart to OUR specialist down the road to have him fix it and get him setup over thereWe gave him the guys name and number and told him to let him know we sent him there so he would get him a good price on the repair and do it as soon as possibleBut that was not good enough eitherAnd as far as our owner doing this to others, I have no idea where he has gotten that fromWhat we said is that other people have had problems with their golf cart after the warranty is up and we have to send them somewhere else to get the work doneThis has happened going on weeks and yet his cart is STILL sitting in our shop and has yet to be picked up.*** ***General ManagerGolf Cars of Beaumont409.899.GOLF (4653)Eastex FreewayBeaumont, Texas

Mr. [redacted] bought a used electric golf cart from us. Before purchasing any cart, we require the customer to test drive the cart before taking off the lot, which he did. After riding it, he noticed the cart needed some adjustments. We told him to bring it back to us because it would be covered...

under our 90 day warranty, which is why we have this warranty. After making adjustments to his cart, he decided to keep it. Our policy is that we always have and always will fix anything within your 90 day warranty. He has now picked up the repaired cart and seems to be happy with the repairs. We apologize for all his inconveniences and appreciate his patience and business!

Hello Ms. [redacted].  I am just contacting you Re: my complaint/resolution about my golf cart with Golf Carts Of Beaumont.  Just wanted to touch base to see how things are going.  My daughters are sure missing their daily country ride after school.  This is a ritual we did for them...
