To whom it may concern, I apologize for the delay in the refund to the [redacted] familyThe refund was processed on March 31st, 2016, by the operations manager and issued on 04/19/I am researching why it took days for our accounting department to issue the check, but the check has been issued to the address on filePlease keep in mind, based on our expectation of benefits for the above patient, we allowed the patient to receive treatment without payment in full at time of services, extending credit for several daysThank you for your consideration into this matter, Todd Pachello, Regional Manager Pacific Dental Services [redacted]

Hello, I have spoken to Ms [redacted] regarding her refundUnfortunately, we do not carry cash in the office, and as noted to Ms [redacted] I can have check for $processed and overnighted to her which would arrive FridayThis is above and beyond the laws required by the Federal Banking Act which allows for 7-business days to process a refundMs [redacted] noted she did not want the check mailed to the address on file, but sent to the Cherry Creek OfficeI noted it would arrive on Friday and we would give her a call, as she noted she walks around the corner to pick it up I cannot address the other items in the complaint as they are hearsay and would not be admissable in any court or civil proceeding under the Colorado Rules of procedure in Title of Colorado Revised StatueI can say that Ms [redacted] notice that we are lying about carrying cash in the office is false, and Stephanie did provide my cell number for her to get this resolved, as she called me directlySo I am not really sure why there is a Revdex.com complaint, as the refund was issued, and a check will arrive in business hours Hope this helps Take care, Todd Pachello, Regional Manager, Cherry Creek Modern Dentistry

I am rejecting this response because: To date we have not received a refund My daughter had dental work done at the "Cherry Creek Modern Dental Office" in Glendale, Colorado on January 12th Before that day we paid a $deposit and on the day of treatment we paid an additional $ In February my insurance reimbursed the dentist for the treatment including a $overage We made the dentist aware of the overage right away and requested a refund They claim they processed the refund on March 31st and issued a refund on April 19th To date we have not received a refund It has been more than days since this dentist office has refused to refund our money I called the owner, Ashley Harrison at the other office she works at, *** *** *** *** *** on April 21st and left a message with ***, but she will not return my call Very poor business practices when a business refuses to return money they have already been reimbursed.

I can say that Ms. [redacted] notice that we are lying about carrying cash in the office is false, and Stephanie did provide my cell number for her to get this resolved, as she called me directly.
