ACI returned to our house to make said repairs. The repairs made are equal to what we had. Now we have 2 new joints in the driveway where they laid new asphalt on a portion of the driveway. The driveway still holds water in the part that they ground out to raise the area but it now holds more water than before. The sealcoat company they hired to coat the driveway left ruts in the yard from their heavy truck and trailer they were pulling as they drove through the front yard. The quality of the work is poor but they did return after a year of not being happy. I am still not happy with the finished product.
After reviewing the customers response, Lindsey L[redacted] the president of our company, will be in touch with him to schedule a time to meet on site.
We have been in contact with the customer and will be on site at 6am 7/11/2017 to work together to come to an agreement to correct the situation. ACI stands behind all work we perform and will make every effort to resolve the issue.
