I personally know this grillWhen she bring her wedding dress to us, the dress was not wearable , the dress she bring was to inches to tight an the bust, so we tall her there is no extra fabrics to let it outWe give her option to
redesign the back so it will be wearable and sheAgreed to the chargesWe deed fitting before the wedding date, at the last fitting she even brought her friend to the fitting she tried her dress on in front of her friend and every thing was perfect even her friend said it was fine, and thew paid the remaining balance and picked her dress up
So she called me after her wedding date and she wants her money backLook she wants her money back after she wear her dressShe called us after the wedding dateThat tells us that she wants free alterationsShe was happy and paid her remaining balance, other wise o would of schedule her for rd fitting and make other adjustments, this is how we operateWe make sure all dresses fit perfect beforeThat's why she try her dress and said was perfect and paid.our customers does not leave this shop with out trying their dresses on and opproving the work
We can not do a refund after the wedding dateShe wore her dress and she wants her money back,sorry but we don't work for free

I did not wear the dress and have thousands of photos to prove thatI was devastated- I couldn't wear the dress that I loved- I had to buy a replacement dress because the alterations they did made the dress unwearableI am not trying to get free alterations- I ended up having to purchase an entire new dress and pay additional for rush alterations because this tailor made alterations that exposed my breasts when the dress is wornThey told me that they could fix the dress- if they believed it was not possible they should have told me so
I also had fittings, and was told the dress would be ready on a certain date when it needed more readjustment- and so I returned for a 3rd fitting the Saturday week before my wedding, when I had told them that I was flying home for the wedding that weekI would not have had time to complete another fitting- I flew to my wedding the next day, so even if I had requested an additional fitting- which I did not, I first purchased boob tape that they had told me would hold up the top- I trusted them and did this and tried the dress on at home and it was clear that it didn't work- there was no time for another fitting and alteration, I was flying to my weddingThey knew this date, and knew that there was not additional time
