Cherry Hill Driving School

Review: Contracted with instructor to assist my daughter to complete necessary hours to obtain her permit. Showed up for 1st lesson and behaved unprofessionally. Took my daughter to get her paper permit and was issued payment for services. Instructor never showed for 2nd or 3rd lesson. Despite multiple calls, refused to return call until we cancelled the check. Finally called when he realized we had stopped payment with an poor excuse. Now refuses to remit my daughters permit to her new driving school stating that we will continue with him or she will not drive. My daughter is uncomfortabl being alone with him as he is inappropriate. Runs business solely out of his car despite advertising a office in Pensauken leaving little recourse when attempting to contact him. Unethical in practice, poor business practices, and in possession of stolen documents. Blackmailing us to continue substandard services by holding permit hostage in order to elicit money for poor service and unprofessional behavior.Desired Settlement: Remittance of permit to new driving school as per standard business practice in this service type.
