The customer did indeed call to cancel their order prior to it shipping.....it happened to be the same day the order was scheduled to ship and was already picked up by FDXWe recalled the package from FDXand upon return we did credit the customers credit card

Direct states that I have complained for getting a fast refund.  Today, I had a THIRD jeweler ([redacted]) verify that these stones were indeed cubic zirconia.  If these stones were indeed real, natural diamonds, why did Jeweler Direct not ask for them back before processing my refund?  I'm sure they are not in the business of losing money.   To refund me so fast, without asking for the stones back, is an admission that they are shipping fake stones as the stones they sent are indeed worthless cubic zirconia.  I have received a refund from them, yes.  What is not satisfactory to me is that Jeweler Direct will continue to con innocent consumers who do not know to go and get the stones checked out by a certified jeweler/gemologist.  Also, the certificate they sent me from Independent Gemological Services in [redacted] is a fake, Independent Gemological Services in [redacted] does NOT EXIST.

another company in LA operating a website that looks VERY similar to ours (they actually copied our design, theme colors, merchandise layout, etc.)  Mrs. [redacted], I believe, bought earrings from both our company and that other one.  She returned ours and we did the refund, but likely never got her refund from the other company.  From experience and customer reviews we know the other group are notorious for poor quality goods and SLOW refunds, if at all.
