My experience renewing my auto pack policy was nothing but frustrating. I attempted to renew my policy by phone but was unable to so went it to the Stonebridge location on Saturday and was helped by Ethan W. During my transaction he was unable to answer any questions asked, attempted to the best of his ability to convince me agents any actions that would cause more work for him. He did not offer for me payment options and when I asked he explained the extra work he would have to do to convince me not to pick any option but payment in full now after I made my transaction he didn't even provide me with a copy of the policy or go over what would be covered to ensure it met my needs. I will not be back.
I am sorry to hear that you did not have a great experience during your recent visit to our office. Unfortunately your policy was actually due for renewal March 7, 2020 and despite our letters we had not received payment and therefore had to request cancellation due to non-payment of premium.
In these situations, we cannot offer payment options as full payment must be received if you wish to maintain coverage. In addition, as the policy was cancelled due to non-payment a copy of the policy is not available until the insuring company has issued the reinstatement of coverage.
The issues indicated above are not due to a lack of knowledge on behalf of the staff however as a result of the payment situation.
