We are sorry for MrsM [redacted] 's loss and our prayers go out for her and her family Her carpet unfortunately was back ordered through the manufacturer This was explained to her throughout the process Once the carpet arrived we sent our installation technicians to install at a time requested by her When our technicians arrived MrsM [redacted] began yelling and attempted to jump on one of our workers When they were trying to go to their vehicle to retrieve their tools and tack strip (that they did have with them), she shut the door not allowing them to leave and began yelling some more Her family members had to pull her away and were requesting that she calm down This incident resulted in this installation crew not feeling safe to complete the job that day We discussed with MrsM [redacted] that we would need to send another crew with the assurance that she would do what she can to foster a safe environment for them We send another crew to complete the job the following day, and it was completed The second installation appeared to go well for both parties At this time we are unaware as to what the resolution of this complaint is since the request was that the job be completed If there are labor guarantee issues or product warranty issues, MrsM [redacted] has ten years to let us know and we will be happy to address those at that time

I contacted Mr*** on the morning of 7/29/ The homeowner is not satisfied with their selected window coverings, as there are two that may be faulty The homeowner has stated several times that this is not an installation issue and that the installer did an outstanding job
I informed the customer that the products are still under warranty and we will be meeting at the home on 8/12/between 10-AM to inspect and address the issue I am confused as to why the customer stated that we have not been in contact with him to address this sooner, because we had were at his home the week of the complaint addressing some of these In addition, the homeowner has asked us to give him other estimates for work since having issues with his window coverings, which is also confusing to me I can advise as to the status once our inspection is complete.Thank you again,Tim S*PresidentAll of State
