I have consulted with the owner of this company after doing so with many other roofersThe owner seemed very thorough, professional, and straight forwardHis price was not the cheapest, but it was also several thousand less than many othersHe uses the proper hot mopping method and makes sound recommendations about which tiles are best to use for practical purposesWe thought we had a good roofer prior to this, but we found out that was not the caseWe have been through several roofers which were utter disappointmentsI am always able to reach this roofer by phone or email and was patient with us, unlike the othersHe provided a copy of his roofers license and insurance coverage for the jobHe also is flexible if we should have to pay with credit cards This roofing company is well known and respected by other roofing companies and has a good reputationAn F rating in this instance by one individual trying to substantiate how long the family business has been in business since should not be a reason to give someone an F
CHERRY ROOFING LLC (SW 40th Ave Hollywood FL XXXXX) I hired this company on July 6th to completely replace my roofI made it clear to them that I was hiring them to permanently resolve leaks in my roof and that time was of essence After paying them 85% of the total amount they stopped working and returning my calls, texts and emails for which I had to hire a lawyer!! During this time Hurricane Irma hit, the house flooded and the furniture was lost! After several weeks of letters and phone calls from my lawyer to this company the work resumed but by this time the underlayment had been exposed to the sun and rain for many months which will probably end up reducing the life of the roofIn total, it ended up taking months to do the work (should have taken less than a month) which ended up having several flaws In addition they placed the tile pallets on the grass which damaged the grass and broke the sprinklersAnd, they didn't cover my pool which broke the pool pump and left truck tires marks on the driveway which had to be repainted Cherry Roofing service and quality is a disasterIt has been the worst experience I've had in years with any building companyUnless you want months of headaches I would suggest to NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY
