We have a Preventative Maint Agrmt, auto renewal, auto payments from credit cardappts scheduled, no show, no callOverchging acct also Goff installed Trane XB heatpump #4TWB3030C1000AA & Air Handler #TAM4A0A30S21SBA 10/1/We have kept a Prev.Maintenance Agmt since, auto renewal, auto pmts monthlyWe tried on occasions to receive our maintenance service, made appointments, waited for Goff to comeNo show, no courtesy callWe were told they were too busy with other customersAsked to speak to owner [redacted] , told we could notSpoke to [redacted] and [redacted] Last call on 7/to confirm appt for next day (7/26) [redacted] said our agreement was cancelled (by them, not us) Additionally my records show my account was being overcharged

We enjoyed working with Goff Heating and Cooling in Branson, MO They came out to the house and visited with us about our needs, and what they had to offer for our situation Very nice people

Bottom line they don't know how to fix what they sellAnd they sold me a product with no parts in the u.sKeep on charging for no results Ended up trashing unitBought another one from another dealer

On 3-13-we purchased a heat pump/Ac system from Goff Heat & CoolingThe unit was installed on March 15, 2013; Installation Invoice *** We were not living in the house at this timeWe used it as a vacation homeWe were here for the installationAt the time of the sale, we told the Sales Rep (owner) that we would eventually move here and to make sure that the unit was large enough for a room that would be added to the house

They charged me $for a service call, minlater the unit smoked, melted wires and burnt out motor.All his repairs + more were burnt & melted
Called Goff for a service call 11/7/16.The techfound some melted wires and a bad transformerHe replaced bad components charged $and leftminlater the unit smoked and melted all the wires he replacedCalled Goff again, tech came back and said the unit was now not repairable.They would allow me $credit on a new unit at $6700.I call a different heat and air specialist, he replaced motor,transformer,heating element, and more burnt wires.I went to Goff office in Kirbyville and tried to talk with office manager about some kind of refundAll I got was a lot of attitude and NO REFUND NO WAY NO HOW
