I am writing you to advise that I have spoken with both [redacted] and [redacted] and have resolved the issues that were described in their complaint listed above Unfortunately this was a case of miss communication and miss understandings between our agent here at Cherry Travel and the Browns However after speaking with them directly, I have assured them that their satisfaction has been, and always will be our main priority I have issued a check to them, in an agreed upon amount, and [redacted] stated that he will be contacting the Revdex.com to notify you that this has been resolved and also, more importantly, that he will be traveling again and using Cherry Travel in the future
