Me and my Family have dealt w/Cherry Tree for many years because they are the ones that have looked after and cared for my sister who has multiple mental disorders. At all times they have put the needs and safety of my sister first. There have been many times that doing this was a great inconvenience or expense for the company but the challenges were not only professionally handled they were handled w/love care and concern for my sister. The staff has been exceptional and often had to deal w/a lot of unpleasantness but they continued to do they best job possible. I owe a special debt of gratitude to the administrator Christine [redacted] and Heidi [redacted] for going so above and beyond what they were legally bound to do when the need reared it's ugly head....I appreciate a company that keeps employees who know what they are doing and can give counsel and advise when asked. Do to life circumstances my sister has had to move but because of the example that was shown to me by Cherry Tree and the staff I know what to look for and what to expect from other organizations that offer the services for the MHMR. If someone is looking for care for a loved one then I know that they can get no better service anywhere else.
