Both my husband and I viewed and toured this RV Hell Holeminutes of Bull with membership fees outrageous! Spending four days of camping in this fly infested, ant infestation, wild cats roaming freely is the Worst! Promises of gifts turned out to be Bull ! Water was turned off a half dozen times Extremely loud! This place resembles a dust bowl and a waste disposal containment!

Good morning! Both my wife and I visited this RV Park for a Timeshare Presentation (minutes) In turn, multiple gifts were verbally promised and not givenSpecifically; a $cash allotment for travel This allotment turns out to be a Gas Certificate; in which, a rebate form must be submitted/ days upon departure// this was advertised as an immediate gas gift...not a certificate!! In addition, the verbal promise of free camping days plus an additional camping days turned out to be another deceptive lie
Furthermore, the initial costs of becoming a new member would shock an electric eel plus dues were outrageous During our stay the following occurred:
AAnt Infestation throughout facility
BFerrell Cats, beyond numbers, ran amok
CContinuous water outages
DInfestation of flies
As a Corporate Pilot with extensive travel; this facility should be condemned!

Do not Bbuy a contract the facilities are unkept and dirty they take your money and are nice after you sign the contract you are less than I was told that Pismo Beach was the most beautiful and sought after resort they had I paid dollars on a contract and ended up paying a dollars for a run down pull trailer feel so cheated will never use my CRA membership I was ripped off and the employees are rude and the Pismo Beach caretaker looked like he was homeless maybe he could live in the run down trailer I rented!

This Deceptive Organization is a SCAM! Verbal Promises made for touring this RV Park amount to Lies! The excessive membership fees would shock an electric eelFacility is heavily infested with flies, ants, Ferrell CatsStay Away!!
