Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I would like to be informed about what will be done for this businesses rating with the Revdex.comWhile the blowers were installed of Thursday of this week, the response that was sent makes it seem like this was of no fault of the business, and that we were kept in the loop - and we were notThe unit was not even turned on when the unit was swept - although at that point it was not making noiseBut again, wasn't even turned on to confirm thatWe were NEVER told that the order was taking longer than usual - we in fact were never contacted after the initial discussion - hence the reason for this Revdex.com complaintIt's pretty convenient that as soon as a complaint was launched, the blowers magically were there within daysYes, we were offered the showroom model parts and declined - I don't feel that I should have to take blowers that I have no idea how they function because a business chooses to do business with a company that is slow to process ordersWe were also told that if this business used a different distributor, it's likely the parts would have come inIt's the distributor that this business uses that seemed to be the issue, or so we were toldMy house is over 3,square feetWhile the BTU output might be the same, it certainly doesn't REACH the entirety of the houseThe unit that was sold to us is far too small for our house to begin with (which is a whole other issue I have with the sales people at this company, that I didn't launch a complaint about)But at the end of the day - it never reached our upstairs, because the blowers did NOT WORK since January I'm not looking for any sort of financial reimbursement, but I'd like to know what will be done about this business's ratingEven when we were contacted back, the owner was in fact quite rude to my husband, and tried to place blame on everyone but himself as the business ownerI've never experienced such poor customer service and communication from a service-based business in my life, and don't believe they should have the rating they do [redacted]

Yes, we were offered the showroom model parts and declined - I don't feel that I should have to take blowers that I have no idea how they function because a business chooses to do business with a company that is slow to process orders. We were also told that if this business used a different distributor, it's likely the parts would have come in. It's the distributor that this business uses that seemed to be the issue, or so we were told. 5. My house is over 3,000 square feet. While the BTU output might be the same, it certainly doesn't REACH the entirety of the house. The unit that was sold to us is far too small for our house to begin with (which is a whole other issue I have with the sales people at this company, that I didn't launch a complaint about). In reference to the complaint. We did go out to sweep the unit and check for function at that point nothing was making any noises and unit was in working condition. A few weeks or so later they called with noise problems in the fan, we went out to assess and filled out a warranty for the blower....

Yes, their blower/fans have been on back order from [redacted]. They were told it was taking longer than usual to receive parts and we would call once they were in. Unfortunately I do not have control over the delivery of the warranty parts and it took about three months to get them. We reached out and asked if they wanted our showroom models parts and they declined. Please note the unit works without the fans and provides the same amount of BTU just the radiation process of heat takes longer. The parts have now come in and they are scheduled for this week. Currently we are still on schedule to install the warranty parts.

We understand that the customer is unhappy. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do to change that. It seems that the only thing they are looking for is a my rating to be taken down. That will be up to the Revdex.com since it is their site. I just want it known that the blowers did not magically appear or was the customer forgotten about. The product just simply took that long to get I could not make it happen any faster than it did. Just so the homeowner knows any [redacted] dealer can service their unit, it seems that they no longer would like to have us come out there. I am not looking to have any type of email war with this customer.
