I have contacted the customer and we, the rep for the glue used and myself Kathy B***, have an appointment to view the area on Jun 15th at 10:AMYhe customer is going out of town and this is the first that we all could meetThere could be issues that have not been looked at or addressed and
that is what the visit will handle. The glue that was used is an authorized glue. We intend to get to the bottom of the issue. Will keep you informed.Kathy B***
