Cherrydale Farms is in receipt of the formal complaint filed with the Revdex.com on 12/19/The entire team at Cherrydale takes these types of complaints very seriously as customer satisfaction is one of our top prioritiesWe have reviewed the matter and found that the customer's order was missing an item that was no longer available for purchaseThe item in question was in high demand this season and was on out of stock from the manufacturer, the item would not be available until after the holidays.There was a delay in communication as this order was fulfilled in our StCloud MN location and our call center is located in PAThe call was initially taken by a representative that is no longer with the companyAs such, this matter was not handled in accordance with Cherrydale's standards of operationWhile this does not excuse the fact that the customer was not addressed promptly, please note that as soon as we were made aware of the situation every effort was taken to rectify the matterSince the date of the complaint, a refund in the amount of $has been sent directly to the customer's address of record.Lastly, to ensure our customer are 100% satisfied we have revised our refund policy and procedures as of November 10, Attached please find an example of an updated out of stock notice that is now included should an item be unavailableThe revised notice clearly includes instructions for the customer as to how to obtain a replacement or refundAll of our operators have been trained to properly address customer concerns such as this.We hope that this information is sufficient to close the matter and retain our good standing with the Revdex.comPlease feel to contact me directly should you require further informationConfirmation of receipt of this response is kindly requested.Regards Jennifer R

item that was no longer available for purchase. The item in question was in high demand this season and was on out of stock from the manufacturer, the item would not be available until after the holidays.There was a delay in communication as this order was fulfilled in our St. Cloud MN location and our call center is located in PA. The call was initially taken by a representative that is no longer with the company. As such, this matter was not handled in accordance with Cherrydale's standards of operation. While this does not excuse the fact that the customer was not addressed promptly, please note that as soon as we were made aware of the situation every effort was taken to rectify the matter. Since the date of the complaint, a refund in the amount of $7.50 has been sent directly to the customer's address of record.Lastly, to ensure our customer are 100% satisfied we have revised our refund policy and procedures as of November 10, 2016. customer's order was delayed due to supplier delay. The item in question was in high demand this season and was on order from [redacted]. We could not control the length of time it took to receive the product in our facility.We communicated with the customer on several occasions informing them of the delayed shipment, however could not give a guaranteed date as we did not have one from our supplier. The customer indicated that they requested to speak with our shipping department directly, Cherrydale provides customer support through our call center, customer service representatives as well as their supervisors if needed. Cherrydale is not in the practice of connecting customers directly with our shipping department given the high volume of orders fulfilled and shipped on a daily basis during peak operations.Since the date of the complaint the customer's order has been fulfilled. The product was received in our facility on or about November 25th, 2016. The product was shipped to the customer at our cost on the next available business day of November 28th via 2 day air for arrival on 11/30/2016. A copy of the [redacted] tracking and shipment confirmation has been attached for your records.We hope that this information is sufficient to close the matter and retain our good standing with the Revdex.com. Very disappointed with the WW Lavender spa candle. No scent at all. Never been this disappointed with any candle.

Review: I purchased via a neighbor's child, a fundraising box of chocolates from Cherrydale Farms. Received the chocolates a few weeks later. Opened it up and found that some of the chocolates are very old, dried out, petrified looking. Those are not edible. I took a photo, and I contacted customer service and they asked the name and address of the child who was fundraising. I am not going to harass the neighbor kid over this, this is not an issue with the child, this is an issue with chocolates that have obviously been on the shelf for years, then being sold at a high price. There needs to be an expiration date on your products. They are also not packaged for long-term storage. Just in a tray inside a cardboard box.Desired Settlement: I would like either my $9 back, or a replacement of any FRESH food snacks in the same value range.
