I sought estimate for trim of five palm trees and a ligustrum shrub. The estimate was reasonable and I agreed and a date set for work to begin. When they returned to do work, they trimmed the shrub and 1 of the palms. During trimming the next grouping of palms, they encountered some bees and said they would come back in two weeks when they would come back to this area to service another customer on my street. I noted that I would not be here, but they said since I had provided full payment for the entire job, they could do without my presence. I am STUPID!!! I called them when I returned and a new date was provided. Let me repeat, STUPID!!! I have not seen them nor are they returning calls.
Billing Adjustment I need to either have job completed to my satisfaction or they can simply return 75% of what I paid. Thank you.
We have reached out to this customer on a few occasions. I sent a crew out on monday August 19th. They informed me that no one was there. My crew is strictly told not to do any work if the customer isn't home. When they came in for the day I told them it was ok because the customer told me he wouldn't be home. So they went back the next day to trim. The bee problem still wasn't taken care of. I informed the customer when we left because we only had 1 more tree to trim to please take care of the bee problem and we will be back in a few weeks to give the beees time to leave. I have crew members highly allergic to them. The job was not completed because the bees were not taken care of. When we left after he paid for the job we only had one tree left to do.
