The warranty service is terrible. They have not returned my lawnmower since I dropped it off to *** on July 17, 2019. They did not honor the 4-6 weeks as stated on warranty. I emailed support to inquire on status after 8 weeks and Andrew with Customer support called and said they were sending a new one to us. We called support and were told they were sending a new one should receive 5-10 days. We waited 17 days still no lawnmower. We called support again and Raquel said they didn't ship anything. She said in 5-7 days we should receive it. We called 5th day and learned again they did not ship our lawnmower. They have inconvenienced my family and I and have cost emotional distress and more money than the lawnmower is worth at this time. I tried to reason with the support and asked them to ask *** give me a new lawnmower they have in stock and they can ship a replacement lawnmower to ***, but they choose not to and still haven't given me a tracking number for the new lawnmower the should have sent me a long time ago. They totally disregard me as a customer and are not giving me a product I paid for that required the use of the warranty.

Purchased mower on 4/22/19, battery is defective stopped working. There is a warranty. This business does not answer its telephone to field customer service. I sat on hold for hour intervals and got no where. I called and tried to leave my telephone number for a call back they say the mailbox is full and can't leave a call back. They disconnect you if you divert from main menu. I have a warranty I need a new 7.5 AH battery. Can't use the mower! I tried dealing with this via website, no resolve. Tried phoning no resolve. So this is the only other method of contact

On 4/29/18 I purchased model ***, 21" Self-Propelled Mower with 7.5Ah battery and rapid charger, from Home Depot, an authorized seller. The purchased item is advertised as having a 5 year warranty. On 5/17/19 I submitted case *** to Ego Power Plus for warranty service due to a defective rear safety flap that broke free from the mount. Ego refuses to acknowledge the issue reported in case *** and has done nothing to remedy the unsafe lawn mower.
