We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover payments. Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered." CLEARLY SHOWS THEY ARE A PROVIDER FOR HEALTH ECONOMICS BUT THEY ARE NOT A LISTED PROVIDER FOR HEALTH ECONOMICS AND THE PATIENT WITH BE FORCED TO PAY THE BILL. WHEN QUESTIONED, BEFORE SERVICE, ABOUT HOW MUCH HEALTH ECONOMICS WILL PAY TOWARDS THE SERVICE THE DENTIST'S OFFICE STATED THAT THE HEALTH ECONOMICS PLAN WOULD PAY IT ALL. Also when the office staff was questioned about knowing of any problems they may have had with submitting a claim with the Plan they replied in the negative...but when questioned again after the service was done and the bill was sent, they admitted to having a lot of problems with [redacted]nsurance claims.the service dates and claim numbers follow ( date-claim #) : 9/12/11-78467, 9/12/11 - 78468, 9/12/11- 78731, 9/12/11- 78632.The amount due is $[redacted].00. I questioned [redacted] about how much out of pocket I would have to pay if I used one of their listed Dentists and they said I would have paid nothing for the services rendered by Dr. Kelley.
