Our company has been in contact with the mineral owner and trying to resolve their issues. Please let us know if there is anything else needed from Chesapeake. ***

My husband *** finally decided to write to the Revdex.com re CHP's problem
is getting us our royalities started on Hilltop road in Fort
Worth. There is absolutely no way we have failed in our response to get
you everything you need on this property which we bought last year in
september in foreclosure in Tarrant county. ***,
***, can you please speak to this person and ensure him we have
done everything we needed to do, i.e., get you the needed documents to
show we own the property. The
different answers we are getting are kind of ridiculous, But please
know I appreciate all of you looking into this. We will get back to the

We tried for November and wasn't able so the goal is for the end of DecemberFeel free to leave the case open until the end of next month as I won't have any other information to provide until thenHe is more than welcome to contact me directly in the meantime

To follow-up to the recent email response from the complainant.  Our Chesapeake Landman, [redacted], spoke with Ms. [redacted] earlier today and explained what the issue was.  The matter seems to be resolved at this time.

Mrs. [redacted],   The Division Order paperwork that you received is normal, and the date you see is probably the date the division order was generated. As I have stated before you are set up to receive your check as soon as the next round is issued. I have even seen DO's correspondence with accounting. If you would like I can try to go over the division order with you on Monday, and I will also get DO to send me an email confirming that your in pay. Once I get this email I will forward it on to you. Sorry for any confusion this document has caused.   Thank you, [redacted]
