Barry O., owner of Chesapeake Home Inspection & Improvement, Inc., did an excellent job of remodeling our yrbathroom He was instrumental in guiding us to make good decisions on what to buy and what would work best for our bathroom He did such a good job, that we had him replace several doors, replace our living room ceiling, install crown molding, floor molding and paint most of the house He also repaired a broken sofa This man can fix/do anything He was easy to work with and talk to At the end of each day, he completely cleaned up He even cleaned up an "accident" our dog made on the carpet From the beginning of the project, we had confidence in his skills We already have a list of more projects He has become our go to man

We recently completed a basement renovation project with Chesapeake Home Improvements. Barry was wonderful to work with and his workmanship is fantastic. We have hired him for other projects around our home.

During the complete remodel of my bathroom Barry was professional & detailed from beginning to end. He gave helpful suggestion in the planning stage and thru out the project. A contract was drawn up with every thing written out, discussed and agreed upon. He was there everyday with his subs making sure the project was going as planed. After completion I was not happy with the height of the shower head installation and Barry sent the plumber back to correct. Barry made sure I was a satisfied customer.
